Patient Grants
The final weeks of treatment often make the critical difference for a patient’s recovery. They can also present an overwhelming challenge to the patient or parent whose insurance and personal resources have run out.
To help, the Foundation offers a limited number of Patient Care Continuation Grants to patients in need of financial assistance who are in a residential or partial hospital program.
Grants are based on the following criteria, established by the Foundation Board:
- Resident/Patient is currently in treatment at Rogers Memorial Hospital.
- Resident/Patient is motivated to continue treatment and is committed to the recovery process.
- Resources have been exhausted; insurance has been denied; personal funds are unavailable to fund additional treatment and financial need is determined.
- Resident/Patient has not previously received a grant.
For patients receiving this gift of additional days, it is truly life changing. This year, the Foundation will provide $350,000 in Patient Grants. Without your gift, these life changing grants would not be possible. Your donation can make a difference.

“Thank you for believing in me. Rogers – and the Foundation – have truly given me a second chance at life.”
